PREPARATION
1.
Boil a pot of water with a steam basket over it. Put chocolate chips, coconut oil, and pinch of salt in a heat safe bowl and place it in steam basket. Stir occasionally to heat evenly. Once completely melted, remove from heat and set aside.

Put all other ingredients into a food processor and pulse, scraping down the sides as needed. Should be a coarse mixture with no full sized nuts.

It will be sticky! Using your hands, form little bite sized balls.

Put a few balls in the chocolate at a time and coat them. Put in a baking dish and place in the freezer to firm up for 30 minutes.
