PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2.
Slice the baguette in thin slices and lay flat on a baking sheet.
3.
Lightly brush each slice with olive oil and place in the preheated oven.
4.
Toast the baguette slices to your desired level of crispness and remove.
5.
Top with 3-4 slices of brie and put back in the oven for 3-4 minutes. You don't want the brie to completely melt, you just want it to warm.
6.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and fresh parsley. Serve warm.
