PREPARING THE COD
1.
Heat oven to 450°F.

Coat oven safe pan with oil or cooking spray.

Place cod in pan, skin side down.
4.
Sprinkle chili powder, oregano, and salt.
5.
Roast 5-7 minutes until opaque.
PREPARING LIME SAUCE

While fish is cooking, melt butter in small saucepan.
