PREPARATION
PREPARING THE COUSCOUS

In a large bowl, place the uncooked couscous, season with salt and pour the 1 ½ cups of boiling water.

Stir, cover, and set aside.
PREPARING THE RAISINS

In a skillet, heat the oil on medium heat.

Saute the raisins. Dissolve the sugar in 2 tablespoons of water and pour over mixture.

Stir constantly, for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
