PREPARATION
1.
Preheat the oven to 375F.
2.
Lay out the puff pastry flat on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
3.
Brush the puff pastry with the honey. Make sure to use it all.
4.
Layer the pear slices over the honey glazed puff pastry.
5.
