PREPARATION
1.
Core and slice each apple into thin slices. You want ~24-32 slices.
2.
Lay the crackers out and coat each with a thin layer of brie cheese.
3.
Cut the prosciutto into smaller pieces.
4.
Layer each cracker with a few apple slices and 1`2 pieces of prosciutto. Garnish with a pinch of fresh chopped basil.
