PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 475F.
2.
Mix all seasonings together. Make sure they are blended well.
3.
Rinse and pat dry. Once dried, coat both sides with olive oil and place in baking dish.
4.
Rub the seasoning onto both sides of the salmon. Place salmon skin side down, top with lemon juice and zest.
5.
Bake at 475F for 10-12 minutes.
6.
Remove from oven, top with minced parsley (if desired) and serve with extra lemon.
