PREPARATION
Cooking the Chicken

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Wash the chicken and place into a lightly oiled baking dish.

Add salt and pepper to the chicken.

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until no longer pink in the middle.
Preparing the Broccoli

While chicken is cooking, boil a pot of water on the stove.

Add the broccoli florets to the boiling water and boil for 4-5 minutes.

Remove and drain the broccoli. It shouldn't be too cooked but cooked just enough.
Assembling the Salad
