PREPARATION
1.
Cut a slit lengthwise with a small sharp knife on flesh side of each fig half

Spoon or brush 1/4 tsp. of honey onto each fig half
3.
Press 1/2 tsp. of goat cheese into slit of each fig
4.
Wrap each fig with an arugula leaf and a strip of prosciutto. Arrange on a small platter lined with more arugula; add a turn of freshly ground black pepper, if desired, and serve
