PREPARATION
1.
Preheat oven to 400F.

Slice the baguette and lightly brush olive oil on each piece. Lay flat on a baking sheet.
3.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes and remove.

In a nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, lightly coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil and add mushrooms and capers.

Saute mushrooms and capers for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.
6.
Add a spoonful of the mushroom mixture to each crostini and top with shredded mozzarella.
7.
Put the baking sheet back in the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has completely melted.
8.
Remove and serve warm.
