PREPARATION
1.
Heat a grill (or grill pan) to medium-high heat.
2.
Pour the olive oil into a bowl, add the chicken pieces, salt and pepper and stir to coat. Set aside.
3.
Brush both sides of the apple slices with melted butter.
4.
Thread apple slices and chicken slices onto the skewers.
5.
Place the skewers on the hot grill (or grill pan) and cook until the chicken is done (approximately 6-10 minutes), turning frequently throughout. Serve hot off the grill.
