PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Trim the ends off of the baguette and discard. Slice the baguette into ~10-12 slices.

Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, until bread reaches your desired level of crispness.
PREPARING THE NUT/SEED TOPPING

Chop the walnuts and cashews. Add the raw pumpkin seeds, cashews, walnuts and pine nuts together in a bowl and mix until nuts are combined.
