PREPARATION
PREPARING THE SHRIMP

Clean, peel, and devein the shrimp.

Heat a cast iron pan or skillet over medium-high heat and evenly distribute the shrimp.

Cook shrimp about 5 minutes each side until opaque inside. Do not overcook or shrimp will become tough.
