PREPARATION
Combining the Ingredients

Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and ground pepper. Mix well.

Dice the onion and finely chop the green onion and add to the dry ingredients. Follow with the cheese, milk, egg, and melted butter.
