PREPARATION

Finely chop the gherkins, shallot, capers and parsley (can use a food processor if easier).
2.
Mix mayonnaise, mustard and yogurt in a bowl and juice 1 lemon into cream mixture.
3.
Add chopped ingredients and mix well.

When making this, taste as you go along. You may wish to add more of lemon, mustard, etc. according to your taste.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. This will keep in an airtight container for a few days, just give it a stir when you are ready to use it.
