PREPARATION
1.
Heat oven to 375 F.

While oven is preheating, slice the baguette into ~10 pieces.

Brush each piece with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
4.
Once oven is preheated, place baking tray in and cook for ~10 minutes, or until bread is toasted.
5.
Scoop a spoonful of blue cheese on each slice while it's still hot.
6.
Top with 2 slices of fig and garnish with a small piece of fresh thyme sprig.
